WHAT IS FOXTRAIL? Foxtrail is an urban adventure in various regions and cities in Switzerland. There are several different, permanently installed trails in each area. Participants follow the footsteps of the fox on foot and with different public transport. His trail consists of tricky tasks, secret messages and hidden clues that have been solved or must be followed to get to the next clue. HOW DO YOU HAVE TO IMAGINE A POST? Foxtrail should be exciting and amazing, offer variety and be fun. Every trail is unique. That is why all the posts are unique in Switzerland. From the funny post board that is attached to an interesting building to playful furnishings or unique technical items from which messages are elicited in a creative way. WHAT SHOULD YOU TAKE WITH YOU TO THE FOXTRAIL? It is essential to take a printed reservation confirmation with a printed barcode, starting documents and a cell phone for each team with you. Buy the tickets at the departure station with the confirmation and keep them safe - the confirmation will be needed again on the way. Stamp the tickets before the start.

Abrupt end without warning
Unfortunately, the trail ends abruptly due to a construction site, which was not apparent anywhere at the time of booking. I had booked for myself and 3 children and paid CHF 71. Everyone was very disappointed about the ending without a resolution to the story about Dr. Rex. I really do not understand why they do not temporarily remove the trail from the program.

Beautiful varied Fox trail with exciting history
Great varied Foxtrail and exciting also for my soon to be 8 year old nephew. The lock at the camping unfortunately did not work because probably no battery was left in it but all were very helpful. highly recommended!

Great fox trail, tricky puzzles, fun guaranteed
Had a great scavenger hunt through Frick with our children (12, 11, 9). The puzzles are original. The routes between the puzzles are good. The final puzzle is great with a good backdrop. Only the walk back to the start is relatively long and complicated (30 minutes).

Lovingly designed and very original Foxtrail. A great experience, we can highly recommend it. It doesn't always have to be a city.

Not very exciting trail and overpriced
We did a fox trail for the first time with our grandkids and were also really looking forward to it as we had already heard a lot of good things. We chose this one because our oldest is a big Dino fan. Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed. Actually, this trail was practically not about dinosaurs, the puzzles were partly also quite heavy and complicated for smaller children explained, we brewed the helpline. This worked flawlessly and we were very kindly helped further. so this Foxtrail we can only recommend to a limited extent. But we will certainly try another one to see what that's like
