Chocolate meltdown
I cannot explain how terrible this trip was. The guide was sweet but. She was given material which she didn’t even know very well. One out of the 3 potential stops were closed. The tour was extremely light in information, inwhich we received all at first stop, and all from a person who didn’t speak English. The first stop was only stop worthwhile! The second stop we were really on brought there to buy chocolate, and the sample size given to us was extremely underwhelming. Again, the third stop was closed. This trip was extremely overpriced, under delivered, and a waste of our afternoon. I would hope that my money is refunded as I will never use Viator again. And i have used them throughout the world, but obviously quality has become a distant second.

Do not do this tour
Very poor. Four chocolate shops, only two offered samples and only one spoke English. I think guide had never done tour before. Read from a script and seemed like all places were new to him

Chocolate and more in Lausanne
We had a lovely day with Christian. In addition to enjoying the chocolate we had a wonderful tour of the old city and learned many interesting facts. Christian was a wealth of information on history, art, culture and chocolate! Making our own chocolate bars at the end of the tour was really fun.
