While wandering through the idyllic village, our guide will unveil the area's extensive history, including the first evidence of the municipality's existence in 1240. Here, you will encounter the magical Staubbach Falls. In this fairytale landscape, a 297m (974ft) tall, never-ending cascade of glacier waterfalls from an overhanging cliff — this visit poses an excellent opportunity to capture the waterfall’s natural spectacle on camera! During this stop, our guide will recount the chronicles of Staubbach Falls's past, enabling you to gain exclusive insight into its history and cultural impacts, including the tale of how its magnificence inspired Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's poem "Gesang der Geister über den Wassern” in 1779.

Amidst the journey, you’ll pass through Wengen, a serene ski village that offers panoramic views of the region’s UNESCO World Heritage Site. During this moment, the guide will share the area’s abundant history, enabling you to discover tales of its development during the 19th century. Reaching Kleine Scheidegg, there will be a rare opportunity to take in the surrounding mountain peaks, including the Jungfrau, Monch, and Eiger.
