Platform scope

ConnectSwiss provides guides, directory listings, news, business visibility tools, and multilingual discovery products for users navigating life in Switzerland. Platform content is provided for information and lead generation purposes and should not replace official advice.

القسم

Accounts and access

Users who create an account must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity performed under their login. We may suspend or remove access if the platform is abused or used in a misleading way.

القسم

Business listings

Businesses submitting listings confirm that they are authorized to represent the company, that the information supplied is accurate, and that the business operates lawfully. ConnectSwiss may edit, decline, or remove content that breaches these standards.

القسم

Content and rights

User-submitted reviews, comments, and listing content must not be unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. ConnectSwiss content, branding, design, editorial work, and data structures remain protected by applicable intellectual property rules and may not be reused without permission.

Payments and premium products

Premium listings, advertising, and subscriptions may include additional commercial terms, renewal cycles, and billing conditions disclosed at purchase. Failure to pay or misuse of premium placements may result in suspension or removal of those services.

القسم

Liability and jurisdiction

The platform is offered on an as-available basis. While we work to maintain quality and accuracy, ConnectSwiss is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on the platform, third-party listings, or interruptions in service, to the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law.
