As part of Veolia Water Technologies, HPD® Evatherm® specializes in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of industrial plants in the evaporation and crystallization sector. Your Role: We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as Project and Procurement Support. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects by managing procurement, logistics, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Enter purchase orders into our ERP system (LATIS, Oracle JD Edwards). Track and expedite purchased equipment to ensure timely delivery. Provide logistics support, including shipping and customs clearance. Maintain and update the Health and Safety database. Assist with general administration and accounting tasks. Handle reception duties, including answering calls and managing mail. Organize travel arrangements (flight bookings, visa applications, etc.). Your Profile: Completed apprenticeship in a technical or commercial field (required). Higher education is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and understand technical and commercial processes. Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus. Why Join Us?
