Monitor and manage the automated processing of transactions, positions, and security master data through interfaces with international custodian banks and financial institutions. Maintain and enrich securities master data while ensuring the quality and accuracy of market data and pricing feeds. Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of securities transactions, positions, and cash accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop practical solutions tailored to operational and business requirements. Provide first- and second-line operational support to clients via phone, email, or customer support platforms, assisting with the day-to-day use of financial systems. About the candidate: Commercial or business education, or an equivalent qualification. Solid understanding of banking operations and investment products. Previous experience in securities operations, securities administration, settlements, or investment operations. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Professional communication skills in German and English. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively under pressure.
