Senior Associate – Treasury Strategy & Technology 100% Your Impact - Strategic Advisory at the Highest Level: You will advise international corporations on complex treasury, financial risk management, and cash management challenges, with a specific focus on treasury technology, systems architecture, and digital transformation. - Transformational Impact: You will help drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives at global companies - reshaping how treasury functions operate, create value, and leverage technology. - AI & Innovation Leadership: You will be at the forefront of applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to treasury and financial processes - from cash flow forecasting and liquidity optimization to fraud detection, risk modeling, and intelligent automation. - Thought Leadership: You will provide thought leadership and practical, actionable advice on treasury strategy, financial risk management, regulatory compliance, and the evolving role of technology in finance. - Efficiency & Value Creation: You will improve the added value, operational efficiency, internal controls, and regulatory compliance of clients' treasury functions and their supporting technology ecosystems. - Collaborative Excellence: You will collaborate with a diverse, global network of highly talented experts across strategy, technology, risk, and finance - sharing knowledge and building innovative solutions together. - Diverse, International Environment: You will work across multiple industries, service areas, and geographies in a dynamic and stimulating professional setting. Your Skill Set Experience & Qualifications 3 - 6 years of relevant professional experience in treasury consulting, treasury technology, financial risk management, or within a corporate treasury function with a strong systems and technology focus. University degree (Master's preferred) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Professional certification such as CFA, FRM, CTP, or equivalent qualification, demonstrating deep expertise in financial analysis, accounting, and financial risk management. Technical & Domain Expertise Deep financial analysis and risk management skills, including a strong understanding of financial instruments, hedge accounting, valuation methodologies, interest rate and FX risk, and treasury-related accounting standards (IFRS 9, etc.). In-depth, hands-on knowledge of at least one leading Treasury Management System (TMS) such as FIS (Quantum/Integrity), Kyriba, Coupa Treasury, ION (IT2/Wallstreet Suite), SAP Treasury, or similar - including implementation, configuration, and optimization experience. Familiarity with treasury processes and operations, including cash and liquidity management, bank relationship management, payments and bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host), debt and investment management, and intercompany financing. Deep knowledge of the application of AI and machine learning to financial processes, including predictive analytics for cash forecasting, anomaly detection, natural language processing for financial data, robotic process automation (RPA), and the integration of intelligent solutions into treasury workflows. Understanding of the broader treasury technology ecosystem, including ERP integration, data architecture, API connectivity, cloud-based solutions, and emerging fintech platforms. Personal & Professional Attributes Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex financial, operational, and technical information into clear, compelling recommendations. Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence and credibility when interacting with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and treasury leadership. An advisory and team-oriented mindset - you take ownership of workstreams, mentor junior team members, foster innovative thinking, and contribute to a culture of excellence. Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of cross-functional, international teams. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; German, French, or any additional language is a strong plus.
