Your Skill Set Experience & Qualifications 3 - 6 years of relevant professional experience in treasury consulting, treasury technology, financial risk management, or within a corporate treasury function with a strong systems and technology focus. University degree (Master's preferred) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Professional certification such as CFA, FRM, CTP, or equivalent qualification, demonstrating deep expertise in financial analysis, accounting, and financial risk management. Technical & Domain Expertise Deep financial analysis and risk management skills, including a strong understanding of financial instruments, hedge accounting, valuation methodologies, interest rate and FX risk, and treasury-related accounting standards (IFRS 9, etc.). In-depth, hands-on knowledge of at least one leading Treasury Management System (TMS) such as FIS (Quantum/Integrity), Kyriba, Coupa Treasury, ION (IT2/Wallstreet Suite), SAP Treasury, or similar - including implementation, configuration, and optimization experience. Familiarity with treasury processes and operations, including cash and liquidity management, bank relationship management, payments and bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host), debt and investment management, and intercompany financing. Deep knowledge of the application of AI and machine learning to financial processes, including predictive analytics for cash forecasting, anomaly detection, natural language processing for financial data, robotic process automation (RPA), and the integration of intelligent solutions into treasury workflows. Understanding of the broader treasury technology ecosystem, including ERP integration, data architecture, API connectivity, cloud-based solutions, and emerging fintech platforms. Personal & Professional Attributes Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex financial, operational, and technical information into clear, compelling recommendations. Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence and credibility when interacting with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and treasury leadership. An advisory and team-oriented mindset - you take ownership of workstreams, mentor junior team members, foster innovative thinking, and contribute to a culture of excellence. Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of cross-functional, international teams. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; German, French, or any additional language is a strong plus.
