Interlaken day trip
I booked an English language trip. What i got was Engliash and Spanish. The tour guides were nice and professional. However the bus was packed and at our first stop the instructions were not clear and we were told to just follow the people ahead at the station. There were too many people and the lead guide had gone forward. 3 calls later we finally were reunited. The guides apologized and made every effort to mend the situation.. Because he delivered in both languages it was nonstop speaking and the speakers were loud. There wasn't disclosure that the trip would be both. They had an 8:45 checking asking us to be there 15 minutes early but bus and guide didn't show until 9. So we waited 30 minutes. They even called at 8:25 ensuring we were on our way.

Beautiful trip. It is a...
Beautiful trip. It is a long day, so be rested and ready to walk if you want to see the best views. Our guides Lisa and Fernando were great, and driver Jimmy was fabulous. We sat in the back of the bus in the upper area and if you’re susceptible to motion sickness, be prepared for that. We had a great time.

Nice day trip
It was a nice day of visiting other small towns around Switzerland. The pick up location in Lucerne is a little tricky finding so leave early enough to guarantee you find the correct location.

Swiss villages
Don’t pass up the gondola ride to the top of the First. Totally worth the price. Guides were helpful and cognizant of our physical needs and limitations.

Good Day Despite the Rain
We understood from the booking this was basically a bus ride to 3 locations in the Alps with limited guide. We were unable medically to so the cable cars, but spent a lovely afternoon in Grindlewald on the terrace of Beebe’s Restaurant watching the rain clear and build back up, so thanks for the great recommendation! The driver was super and Jorge and Victor were informative. Thank you.
