Relax on the short boat trip between Lausanne and Evian. A great getaway to discover the French shore of Lake Geneva and the city of Evian, world famous for its mineral water. Check the display panel for your boat's departure dock for Evian. Climb aboard and enjoy your 35-minute boat ride to take in the scenery. When you arrive in Evian, check the boat timetables for the return trip. Discover the city center of Evian, the beautiful lake promenade, the Palais Lumière and above all the famous Source Cachat (the first source of water in Evian). If you have time, take the historic funicular to the heights of Evian, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. After your discovery of Evian, return to the landing stage to take the boat that will bring you back to Lausanne.

The CGN landing stage is a 5-minute walk from the M2 "Ouchy Olympique" metro station. Cross the street when exiting the metro station and continue straight until you reach the lake. Then turn left and walk along the quay to our ticket office.

Crossing Lake Geneva
It’s a simple ferry boat. Two decks, no outside seating. Easy ride great for a snooze.

Really enjoyed Evian....
Really enjoyed Evian. Suggest you make it clear on ticket that Lausanne to Evian and back is included. We were a bit nervous about that.

Dissatisfaction
Tuesday 21 April 2026: the cgn cancels the boats Évian lausanne due to strong wind! Reality of the terrain: big sun and 15km/h max wind! A shame! Who are we kidding?

unsatisfactory service
Service at a discount for 1 year that mocks users. Late last minute cancellations to the detriment of users. Misallocated schedules not commensurate with needs. Race cancellations are increasing much more regularly compared to previous years. It is legitimate to ask whether this is not voluntary to save on shopping. With such a subscription price the customer is entitled to expect better, at least as well as in the past.

Fantastic boat trip
We took the trip from Lausanne to Évian-les-Bains. We had a fantastic boat trip over Lake Geneva. It became an unforgettable trip to beautiful Évian in the summer heat. A nice day trip, and take this trip again.

A good time on Lake Geneva
Very pleasant time, the staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived two hours before the meeting, they picked us up without problem.
