After collecting your luggage at Basel Airport, your driver meets you inside the Arrivals Hall with a TripTransfer sign, assists you with all your bags, and escorts you to the vehicle. Once on board, you travel in a clean, private car with enough space for luggage. The drive to Lucerne is direct, and you may request short stops for refreshments or a restroom break if needed. Upon arrival in Lucerne, the driver unloads your luggage and ensures you are safely dropped off at your hotel or private address.
