After booking you receive a confirmation with your driver's name and phone number. Your driver picks you up at your hotel, apartment or address in Lucerne, or at the train station, at the time you choose. Loading skis, snowboards and suitcases is included. The route is direct, via Bern and Spiez, then through the Lötschberg car train from Kandersteg to Goppenstein, which takes 15 minutes and is included in the price. From there the road follows the Rhone valley to Täsch. One comfort stop is included on request. All tolls, the Swiss vignette and the car train are included. Your vehicles have winter tyres and snow chains, and the driver is experienced on alpine roads in all weather. Zermatt is car free, so we stop at the Matterhorn Terminal in Täsch. Your driver helps you with luggage and ski equipment to the shuttle train, which leaves every 20 minutes and reaches Zermatt in 12 minutes. Child seats are free on request.
