A little confusing
The guide was a very nice man who was especially helpful with sharing information about an upcoming train journey I was making. He also was very helpful in suggesting some activities that my daughter and I would like to enjoy during our visit to Switzerland. What was not so great was that he did not seem to have the tour very organized and he was late to the pick up time not by much, but it led me to believe he perhaps was not planning on the trip. The trip was supposed to be six hours, but it was only three and it truly was just a circle which I could’ve done on my own. They were long stops and less biking. He was a very nice person, but I felt it was not very planned out. In fact when we came back another guide asked him within enthusiasm whether he had taken me to a particular location. I assume that is the way the trips usually run but that is not what happened at all in three hours. We may have gone 2 miles. Thankfully, the Guide reached out to TripAdvisor on my behalf so that I could be credited for half of my money back. The sad thing is I really wanted to take a Long E bike ride through that beautiful area and it was an absolutely stunning day! Thank you to TripAdvisor for doing the right thing and crediting my money back at least half of it.

Beautiful ride. Wonderful, friendly guide in David. Lunch was simple and delicious! Bring a pack with all you’ll need for quickly changing weather.
