Program Manager & Head of Knowledge (Analytical Systems, Evaluation & AI Enablement) This role sits at the center of the organization’s knowledge, evaluation, and analytical infrastructure. It combines program management, methodological leadership, statistical modelling, and AI?enabled knowledge work. The position ensures that evaluation systems, research processes, and knowledge platforms are robust, evidence?driven, and operationally reliable. It acts as a key interface between program teams, leadership, external experts, and research partners, translating complex analytical work into actionable insights for decision?makers.
