Your Profile Solid professional experience in trade credit insurance, with strong knowledge of products, underwriting principles and market practices Several years of experience managing and advising a portfolio of mid-market and/or large corporate clients, ideally in a brokerage or insurance environment Proven ability to manage the full client lifecycle: day-to-day relationship, portfolio monitoring, policy servicing, renewals and negotiations with insurers Strong client orientation with the ability to build trust, influence decision makers and act as a long-term, strategic partner High level of curiosity and willingness to understand different business models, industries and value chains in order to advise on working capital and balance sheet optimization Dynamic, proactive and results-oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive topics independently Structured and solution-driven way of working, able to prioritize, manage deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Native German speaker, ideally fluent in Swiss German; very good command of English, both written and spoken; French is an asset
