Drive tool adoption and change management — document processes, train users, and embed new ways of working sustainably. Track operational performance — report KPIs such as content volume, budget, time to market and efficiency gains. How you can fit Proven experience in traffic management, creative operations, project management, or a similar role in an international creative, marketing, digital, retail, or production environment. Strong understanding of creative production, retail design, visual merchandising, campaign development, and global cross-functional collaboration. Excellent project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills. Fluent English and French required; additional languages are a plus. Experience with project-management, DAM, collaboration, automation, reporting, or workflow platforms.
