Your assignment To support the IT organization of our customer, we are looking for a motivated Junior IT profile who can assist the team in day-to-day IT operations, support users, and take ownership of smaller IT projects. This role is ideal for a German and English speaking curious and technology-driven candidate with an ongoing or completed IT education and a strong willingness to learn and grow. Junior IT Administrator (50%-60%, f/m/d) Your tasks Support the IT team in daily operational and administrative IT tasks Provide Helpdesk support to end users Assist with the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems Take ownership of smaller IT projects and drive them forward independently Support IT rollouts, system changes, migrations and infrastructure initiatives Maintain IT documentation, user guides and process descriptions Your profile Ongoing or completed IT education or a comparable IT qualification Ideally first professional experience in an IT role Strong affinity for technology and genuine interest in new IT trends High willingness to learn and ambition to develop professionally Ability to acquire new knowledge independently and work through unfamiliar topics in a structured way Team-oriented personality with a professional service and support mindset English and German with good verbal and written communication skills Key Details Industry: IT Services Start: asap Duration: 2-3 months (open to extend to 6 months) Employment rate: 50%-60% Work location: 9320 Frasnacht TG Please note International applications can only be considered from EU-27 countries or with a valid Swiss work permit.
