M365 Communication & Collaboration Expert As M365 Communication & Collaboration Expert, you will shape and continuously develop our Microsoft 365 communication and collaboration environment across our headquarters and international subsidiaries. Combining hands-on technical expertise with platform development and user enablement, you will drive modern ways of working, strengthen group-wide standards, and help our employees use collaboration technologies effectively. Your main tasks Develop, operate, and continuously optimize our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, with a focus on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related services Establish standards, governance, and best practices for collaboration, document management, and the lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services across the group Further develop Microsoft Teams communication and telephony solutions and evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities and their business value Drive the transition from traditional network drives and file-sharing solutions toward modern SharePoint Online-based collaboration Provide second-level support, resolve complex technical issues, and coordinate solutions with internal specialists, Microsoft, and external IT partners Act as a Microsoft 365 ambassador, enabling employees and key users through guidance, training, and practical best practices while promoting a modern collaboration culture Your profile At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Microsoft 365, workplace technology, collaboration platforms, or a comparable IT environment Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration services, and Teams telephony Good understanding of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, identity and access management, and cloud infrastructure concepts Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, governance, troubleshooting, service optimization, and SharePoint-based document management Experience with file-service migrations, backup and restore concepts, and collaboration with external IT service providers is an advantage Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions and effectively train and support non-technical users Proactive and service-oriented, with strong ownership and enthusiasm for improving how people communicate and collaborate Very good German and English skills Experience the benefits of working with us Pension fund mylife Diabetes Care 55% of the pension contributions Mobility support Charging stations, Swiss Half Fare Card, parking, close to public transport Free sport facilities affordable or free gyms Family friendly Financial contributions to childcare Working hours working time arrangements: Shiftwork, annual working hours, part-time FlexWork Work where and when you want (in Switzerland) Up-to-date work environment Modern offices and production rooms; staff restaurant and break areas Together, we create solutions that improve lives.
