Sando Bern is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities As a Shop Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Leading, motivating, and managing the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure stock availability. Implementing merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and maximize sales. Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Analyzing sales data and preparing regular performance reports for management. Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong experience in a professional kitchen Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
