For our Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics department, we are looking Supply chain assistant at 60–80% For our Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics department, we are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, from purchase orders to shipment, delivery and receipt. As Nextkidney prepares for the next stages of product development and commercialization, you will play a key role in ensuring that equipment and materials reach clinics and other partners on time for upcoming clinical activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, well organized and comfortable coordinating orders, shipments and operational documentation in an international environment. You will work closely with our Global Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist and progressively take ownership of operational supply chain activities. As this is an operational role supporting our local team and logistics activities, regular on-site presence in Lausanne is required. The position is offered at 60–80%, typically corresponding to 3–4 working days per week. SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT AT 60–80% Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipments, transport documentation and delivery tracking. Coordinate shipments of equipment and materials to clinics and other partners in Switzerland and internationally. Create and manage purchase orders in SAGE X3 (ERP) and follow up on confirmations, delivery dates, quantities, receipts and open orders. Maintain accurate purchase order, shipment and delivery information in SAGE X3 and operational trackers. Support goods receipt, inventory administration, stock movements and reconciliation activities. Prepare and maintain operational and traceability documentation related to orders, shipments and deliveries. Monitor orders and shipments, identify potential delays or discrepancies and escalate issues when appropriate. Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of supply chain and logistics processes. Profile Commercial, technical or vocational qualification. Further education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement is a plus. Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or industrial operations. Hands-on experience using an ERP system for purchase orders, inventory or logistics transactions is required. Experience with SAGE X3 is a plus. French and English at minimum B2 level are required. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Hands-on, reliable and proactive, with good communication and follow-up skills. Experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing or another regulated environment is a plus. Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong willingness to learn. Regular on-site presence in Lausanne is required.
