Working closely with utilities, EPC contractors and cable manufacturers, we contribute to the reliable transmission of electrical energy. To strengthen our international sales organization, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Tender Manager, 100% Location: Switzerland / Brugg Your responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end tender and quotation process for high-voltage cable systems and high-voltage accessories products across Brugg Cables' global markets Manage the cross-functional bid team (Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, Legal) Screen incoming tenders/RFQs and prepare bid/no-bid recommendations together with the responsible Sales Manager Prepare cost calculations, pricing proposals, contracts terms in alignment with the Sales Manager Perform structured risk & opportunity assessments Compile, quality-check and submit complete bid documentation (technical, commercial, legal) Manage prequalification and vendor registration for utilities and contractors Maintain tender and pipeline data in ERP(Microsoft Dynamics 365) and support monthly sales reporting Support contract negotiations Conduct win/loss analyses; continuously improve tender tools, templates and processes Coordinate and respond to technical queries arising during the tender process Your profile: Degree in electrical/power engineering, industrial engineering or business administration (or comparable qualification) Minimum 5 years of experience in tender/bid management, sales support or project management in energy infrastructure, cables or a comparable international project business Experience with HV cable systems and/or turnkey project business is a strong advantage Solid knowledge of commercial contract terms Strong analytical and cost calculation skills Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage Business-fluent English required, German an advantage Strong customer orientation and solution-focused approach We offer you: Technical involvement in the further development of production in a modern company with international support in a future-oriented business area Opportunity to participate/contribute to further development in the exciting, pioneering environment of the cable industry Open, collegial corporate culture Motivated team Very good social benefits Your Contact: Would you like to help us successfully put our motto ‘well connected’ into practice?
