Responsibilities As a Shop Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Leading, motivating, and managing the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure stock availability. Implementing merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and maximize sales. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
