They are specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. Teoxane strength is to offer a global patient care. In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a: Global Marketing & E-commerce Specialist Contract: 6 – month (Mid November 2026 – Mid April 2027) Main activities: Execute the e-commerce trading calendar across all assigned markets (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, UK, US, Australia), coordinating campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Manage daily operations of Teoxane's e-commerce websites, keeping them accurate, functional and up to date. Coordinate website updates (banners, landing pages, navigation, product pages, content). Identify and coordinate UX/customer journey improvements with internal teams and partners. Build and optimize the CRM calendar (newsletters, campaigns, segmentation, automated journeys) to drive engagement and retention. Monitor sales, traffic and e-commerce KPIs; produce performance reports and improvement recommendations. Manage the external e-commerce agency relationship for marketplace and e-retailer operations and optimization. Coordinate artwork creation, review and validation for existing and new products; proofread packaging texts and layouts. Maintain artwork databases, templates and spec files. Support the Marketing Manager on the 2027 packaging redesign rollout, including timelines, mock-ups, prototypes and validation with agencies and suppliers. Contribute to identifying more sustainable and compliant packaging materials and formats. Support supplier scouting, benchmarking and initial qualification, and help build feasibility plans. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods sectors. Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce Commerce, as well as proficiency in campaign management tools including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Good understanding of SEO and SEA strategies. Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, particularly Amazon, and country-specific e-commerce platforms. Experience in packaging development or artwork management Strong proofreading rigor and hands-on familiarity with artwork workflows and proofing tools. Solid project coordination skills to support cross-functional initiatives Genuine interest in sustainable and compliant packaging materials and formats.
